Appearance

Eye Colour: Amber
Coat: A dense red pelt like the normal red fox. He has a white chest and muzzle, like a splash snow, on his almost blood red pelt. The tips of his ears, as well as his four paws are pitch black. His tail may have the occasional blackish tinge to it, but otherwise stays the main colour of his body. His pelt is very fluffy and soft to touch, helping him when it comes to the tough winters.
Markings: This fox rarely gets into fights and uses words instead of actions so he has know battle marks or symbols
Build:  He is small and very quick, agile and swift on his feet. Able to move silently and swiftly. He is not at all strong though and wolves are known to dislike foxes as they are known to hate foxes for stealing there prey or even at the odd time, pups. So if he was pinned by a wolf he would stand little chance. But the pinning him is the hard thing with this light-footed sly creature.

Personality
Well now, Jay's personality is not too hard to guess. He has a common 'fox' personality as some say and the term 'as sly as a fox' definitely suits him.' He is not very trustworthy as you would call it and is great at lying but making it sound like the truth. He is great at using words to get around you. He can get out of fights, get others into them, make you do or don't do certain things with his skill with words. He relies on them since he is not strong enough to take on a full fight and will just dart around but if he is caught, he will most likely lose depending on the predator. He will not trust you and can't be trusted unless you're is a proper friend, not just someone nice but a friend and then you just might get to like this cunning creature. He is very intelligent and sneaky and great at figuring things out and slipping into shadows unnoticed and being silent. Making him great at stealing, spying and eavesdropping. He does not feel lonely often and can be by himself for periods of time but every creature feels it after a while, it's just natural. He is disliked by wolves and bigger canines as his kind along with coyotes are often killed by wolves to either protect the pack, pups, herbs, prey or just for fun.


History

Jay's history was hard for him and he has trouble remembering it, but he remembers some stuff. He was born to two strong loving foxes along with three sisters and one brother, making a total of three girls and two boys. But it was the harsh days of winter and two of his sisters were stillborn. His brother, two months later soon died of starvation as the winter dragged on longer then usual. Life was not easy and his parents relied on animals from human farms to keep them alive since prey was no where to be found. It was tough and him and his sister, who was given the name Rue, and when they taught noting worse could happen, the worst did. Their father, when going to grab a chicken for them to eat was caught by the farmers dog. It was the worst sound ever heard, as they heard his agonized screams along with cracking, ripping sounds until there was silence. There mum took them away after that, telling them to never go looking for their father and that ho would not be coming back. If anything worst could happen to these unfortunate pups, it did. They finally managed to find a hare as winter began to turn to spring though snow still covered the lands. Their mother was just about to catch it when two wolves jumped out, one went for the hare and one for their mother. They were just as hungry as the foxes, but what they did was terrible. As well as the hare they added their mum to the fresh kill pile after snapping her neck. Terrified the 3 month old pups hid until the wolves were gone. They were then found by an old female fox who had once had pups, a long time ago who looked after them until one and a half. Then him and his sister went their seperate ways, Jay has been just going from place to place, never lingering for long and his taken a huge hatred towards, winter, humans and wolves who rid him of his family apart from Rue.
